Northern Century race August 11, 2023 Race started in Anacortes, Wa, trasited the strait of georgia, strait of Jun De fuca, up to Point Roberts in the Strait of Georgia, down to Hein bank in the middle of the strait of Juan De Fuca and delivery back to Seattle. 149.5 miles over 2 nights, non stop 95% sailing, did a little motor sailing to beat current into admiralty inlet. Kurt Lahr and myself did the race/ trip double handed together.

Lots of navigational challenges, sail changes, upwind and downwind sailing, strong currents, etc.
