Jon Haaversen

I was born in Northern Minnesota where I developed a great love for the outdoors. Moved to Duluth MN for college which is where I started sailing, once I started I couldn't stop! This will be my second Pac Cup, the first of which was with Eric Thomas aboard Pearl (Synergy 1000). While it was a bit of a rough ride that go around I am super excited to be joining Marisa this year.

While I would say sailing is my biggest passion I'm also an avid cyclist and skier. The last two years I've also had the opportunity of working with the US Para Snowboard team as a Service technician, as a matter of fact I'm writing this from the paralympic village in Cortina Italy right now!
