Experienced Licensed Captain

I am looking for a captain to take a crew tomorrow Hawaii. 

The boat is going to stay in Hawaii. 

Would like to find someone who is Licensed and has crossing experience. The captain needs to understand that he crew is onboard to have fun and a great experience. 
 The captain is in charge as expected but not a tyrant. 

Three of the crew are experienced bay sailors , one has sailed to Mexico, one is a retired navy chief and good with engines and electrical. 

This can be a paid position.
