I have sailed on a variety of boats, including the J92, J80, J121, Melges 20, Hunter 33, Dencho Kernan 44 sled, Figaro 3, and Beneteau 36.7. While I’m capable of handling any position on board, I have the most experience on the bow, helm, and as a spinnaker trimmer.
Some of the key races I’ve participated in include:
- 2023 Transpac: All positions, but primarily night helming and serving as the onboard medic (DK 44)
- Five Newport to Ensenada Races: Sailing in all positions, including navigator and tactics (DK 44 and J92)
- Santa Barbara to King Harbor: Bow and trim (DK 44)
- Three Islands Races: Helm, bow, and trim (DK 44)
- 2025 Chicago to Mackinac Island: Various roles onboard (Figaro 3)
- Boat Delivery: Assisted in the delivery from San Francisco to San Diego (J121)
Professionally, I am an ICU Nurse with a Paramedic background, and I’m always happy to serve as the medic on board. I hold current Safety at Sea (Good until 2028), First Aid, and CPR certifications.
I’m open to traveling for practices and races, eager to learn new boats and integrate with new crews before major events.
References available, excluding the DK 44 owner (But happy to explain why)
