Wanting to join a crew to Hawaii

My name is Rebecca and I am writing this on behalf of my partner 

Jim, a 41 year old male, is 6'2", strong, agile, a good swimmer and cook, and a fast learner. He has some experience on a boat, but no pacific or racing experience. He is smart, adaptive, and easy going - he can do whatever is needed in order to be a helpful crew member on a leisurely or competitive experience given the availability to learn!
