Crew Member Jack Kisling

I am 22 years old and competing in my first Pacific Cup. Growing up sailing in Santa Cruz, racing to Hawaii was a right of passage. Legendary stories of boats designed to surf across the pacific filled my childhood. And no Santa Cruz boat was more talked about than Merlin. I am beyond excited to do my first Hawaii race, no less aboard such a legendary boat. I grew up sailing on Merlin with my dad who managed the boat, but never racing on her. Now, having rejoined the crew, I have competed in two SoCal 300s, a Coastal Cup, and a Big Boat Series onboard. I cant wait to see the boat do what it was built to do!
